Your credit card will be billed at the time or transmittal.

Packages are one time projects and do not include repeat transmittals.

You will not be charged unless you approve the copywriting completed.

In rare cases where we cannot complete your project in a timely manner, you will be notified by phone or email.

For most news releases the copy length will be between 300 and 500 words.

We will use available pictures or graphics if you provide us with links to their location online or send us the jpegs.

Client accepts full responsibility for all details, all claims, and all contact information within the approved final copy. Client fully and completely indemnifies Direct Contact PR and its directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against all losses, claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise out of any use of the copy.

Privacy Statement: Your email address is your private information. It will not be redistributed, sold or used for any purpose other than to contact you and promote you in your news release per our agreement, without your express permission.
